I have to laugh, because this very evening, before I whipped up my famous breakfast dinner, all 3 kids and I were seriously boogie-ing down to Madonna's latest cd. Cardio!
GG, i had to look up "semaphore"! i mean, i know of the concept of semaphore (who doesn't?) but i didn't know it was called semaphore. you provided me with another vocab word of the day. thanks!
ian really likes to dance. he makes up some funky dances that are very amusing to watch. i'm thinking of enrolling him in dance class if he's interested. he's partial to hip-hop, oddly enough. but that morning, he was dancing to bert and ernie singing about the circle.
we haven't used it in awhile, but i should pull out our DDR to get some cardio in!
